【摘要】:正考察了聚乙二醇(PEG)/甘油酯在研发纳米结构脂质载体(NLCs)中的适用性。采用具有不同亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值的PEG/甘油酯(Labrafil M 1944 CS和Labrasol)以及不含PEG的甘油酯(Labrafac lipophile)为载体,制备辛伐他汀(SV)的NLCs,并考察其对MCF-7乳腺癌细胞潜在的抗肿瘤作用。
[Abstract]:The applicability of polyethylene glycol (PEGN) / glycerol ester in the development of nanostructured lipid carrier (NLCs) was investigated. The PEG/ glycerides with different hydrophilic and lipophile values were used as carriers, the Labrafil M1944 CS and Labrasol) and the PEG free lipophile. The NLCs of simvastatin (SVV) were prepared and their potential antitumor effects on MCF-7 breast cancer cells were investigated.
