风险管理在静脉用药调配中心的应用

【摘要】：目的:探究风险管理在静脉用药调配中心的应用效果。方法:我院静脉用药调配中心于2017年1月起进行风险管理,建立风险管理机制,组织工作人员进行培训,在此前后一年工作人员未发生变化,对比前后半年差错率。结果:在风险管理措施实施后,静脉用药调配中心差错率为0.004%,远低于实施前的0.018%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在静脉用药调配中心进行风险管理,能够有效降低药物配制差错率,因此值得在临床实践中采纳应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application effect of risk management in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods: from January 2017, our hospital intravenous drug allocation center carried out risk management, established risk management mechanism, and organized staff training. There was no change in staff before and after one year. Results: after the implementation of risk management measures, the error rate of half a year was compared. The error rate of intravenous drug dispensing center was 0.004, which was much lower than that before implementation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: risk management in intravenous drug dispensing center can effectively reduce the error rate of drug preparation. Therefore, it is worth adopting in clinical practice.
