阿西替尼眼用生物可降解药膜的制备

【摘要】:目的为延长药物在眼部的作用时间、增强治疗效果,制备阿西替尼眼用复合药膜用于眼表损伤修复、抗感染及抑制角膜新生血管。方法以阿西替尼为模型药物,用流延成膜技术结合钙离子交联制备载药复合膜,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定药物含量,考察复合药膜体外药物释放。结果复合药膜呈透明状,厚度为(85±11)μm,直径200μm阿西替尼载药膜片载药量为每片(6.5±0.8)μg,溶解性好,角膜组织相容性良好。结论经初步工艺优化,成功制备阿西替尼眼用复合药膜。复合药膜具有药物缓释功能,大大增加药物在眼组织中停留时间。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to prolong the time of action of the drug in the eyes and enhance the therapeutic effect, Acitini ophthalmic compound film was prepared for the repair of ocular surface injury, anti-infection and inhibition of corneal neovascularization. Methods Acitini was used as the model drug. The drug carrying composite membrane was prepared by casting film technique combined with calcium ion crosslinking. The drug content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the drug release in vitro was investigated. The thickness is 85 卤11 渭 m, the diameter of 200 渭 m apetinib loaded membrane is 6.5 卤0.8 渭 g per tablet, the solubility is good and the corneal histocompatibility is good. Significantly increase the duration of the drug in the eye tissue.
