我院静脉用药调配中心成品输液质量管理实践

【摘要】：目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液质量管理模式。方法:介绍我院PIVAS从计划、实施、检查、改进四个阶段开展对成品输液的全面质量管理的工作内容,并评价实施检查前后的改进效果。结果与结论:提出了PIVAS成品输液质量管理的实施要点,并从人员管理、药品管理、文件管理等方面寻求切入点,建立较完善的成品输液质量控制体系,将成品输液配制环节分为配制前、配制中、配制后三个阶段进行质量监控,形成三级检查体系对成品输液进行质量追踪并获取成品输液质量反馈意见。实施前、实施后3个月、实施后6个月成品输液常见问题数量分别为442、211、59例,达到了持续改进的目标。因此,对成品输液实行科学的质量管理可以有效提高输液配制质量,保障临床用药安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the quality management model of finished product infusion in intravenous Drug Distribution Center (IVAS). Methods: the contents of total quality management of finished product infusion in four stages of planning, implementation, inspection and improvement of PIVAS in our hospital were introduced. Results and conclusions: the key points of PIVAS infusion quality management were put forward, and the breakthrough points were found from the aspects of personnel management, drug management, document management and so on. To establish a perfect quality control system of finished product infusion, the preparation of finished product infusion is divided into three stages: before, during and after preparation. A three-level inspection system was formed to track the quality of finished product infusion and to obtain feedback on the quality of finished product infusion. The number of common problems of finished product infusion before, 3 months after implementation and 6 months after implementation were 442m2115cases, respectively. Therefore, scientific quality management of finished product infusion can effectively improve the quality of infusion preparation and ensure the safety of clinical drug use.
