【摘要】:目的:对测定人血清中拉莫三嗪(LTG)浓度的方法进行改进。方法:血清样品经甲醇处理后以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行测定,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-KH2PO4(45∶55,V/V),检测波长为250 nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为35℃。结果:LTG血药浓度在0.5~30.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),日内、日间RSD均5%,方法回收率为101.96%~102.74%。结论:改进后的方法简便、快速、准确,适合临床常规监测LTG血药浓度及LTG的药动学研究。
