药品微生物限度检查方法学验证的研究进展

【摘要】：《中国药典》对药品微生物限度方法学验证提出要求已实施了10多年,但目前它仍是药品生产企业工作中的重点难点。本文通过查阅文献并结合自身工作经历,论述了药品微生物限度方法学验证研究的必要性,对比现版与旧版药典相关要求与方法的差异,以帮助药品检验机构和药品生产企业正确解读、执行2015年版《中国药典》,并开展相关工作。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Pharmacopoeia has put forward the requirement to verify the methodology of drug microbial limitation for more than 10 years, but at present it is still a key and difficult point in the work of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. This paper discusses the necessity of the research on the methodology verification of drug microbial limitation, compares the requirements and methods of the current edition and the old edition of the pharmacopoeia, in order to help drug inspection organizations and drug manufacturers to interpret correctly. Implement the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and carry out related work.
