热水洗涤法降低“铝镁加”原料中钠的含量

【摘要】:目的:为合成符合8.0版《欧洲药典》标准的"铝镁加",采用热水洗涤法降低"铝镁加"原料氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中的钠含量。方法:采用单因素试验考察洗涤温度、洗涤时间、洗涤次数以及单次水量,采用原子吸收光谱法测定氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中可溶钠含量。结果:最佳洗涤工艺为,洗涤温度80℃,洗涤时间10 min,洗涤3次,每次10倍量纯化水,可将氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁中钠含量降低至150 ppm以下。结论:该方法可降低"铝镁加"原料氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中可溶性钠含量,工艺简单,易行,确保"铝镁加"合成后的钠含量符合8.0版《欧洲药典》的质量标准。
[Abstract]:Objective: to synthesize "aluminum-magnesium addition" which meets the standard of "European Pharmacopoeia" 8.0, and to reduce the content of sodium in aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide by hot water washing method. Methods: single factor test was used to investigate the washing temperature and washing time.
