我院PIVAS对成品输液配送及时性的改进管理

【摘要】:目的:提高我院静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液配送的及时性,促进患者及时、合理用药。方法:从人员、软/硬件方面分析影响成品输液配送及时性的因素,制订相应的改进措施。统计2015年1-6月(改进前)与2016年1-6月(改进后)长期医嘱计划执行时间与实际执行时间的分布情况,以及PIVAS打包-配送交接/输液发出-临床接收-实际执行时间各环节的平均用时,评价改进效果。结果:针对人员、软/硬件等方面的影响因素,分别制订并实施了加强与临床医师(开具医嘱)和护士(执行医嘱)相关信息的沟通、提升PIVAS医嘱审核药师的各项专业水平和能力、优化信息系统功能及完善PIVAS相关制度等方面的措施。与2015年同期比较,2016年医嘱计划执行时间与实际执行时间的高峰时段分布均有所分散;配送交接/输液发出-临床接收环节平均用时减少了10.13 min,且2016年各工作环节用时呈逐月缓慢下降趋势。结论:我院PIVAS实施的管理改进措施提高了成品输液配送的及时性,为临床患者的及时用药提供了保障。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the timeliness of the delivery of finished product infusion in our central intravenous drug distribution center, and to promote the timely and rational use of the drug. Methods: the factors affecting the timeliness of the delivery of finished product were analyzed from the aspects of personnel, software / hardware. Develop corresponding improvement measures. Statistics on the distribution of the implementation time and actual implementation time of the long-term doctor's order plan between January and June 2015 (before improvement) and January to June 2016 (after improvement), And the average time of each link of PIVAS packaging, delivery handover / infusion, clinical receiving and actual execution time, to evaluate the effect of improvement. Results: according to the influence factors of personnel, software / hardware and so on, To develop and implement the communication with clinicians (prescribing doctors' orders) and nurses (executing doctors' orders) separately, to enhance the professional level and ability of PIVAS doctors' orders audit pharmacists, Measures to optimize the function of information system and to perfect the related system of PIVAS. Compared with the same period of 2015, the distribution of peak time between the execution time of doctor's order plan and the actual execution time in 2016 was scattered. The average time of delivery handover / infusion delivery-clinical receiving link was reduced by 10.13 minutes, and the working time in 2016 was decreasing slowly and month by month. Conclusion: the management improvement measures implemented by PIVAS in our hospital have improved the timeliness of delivery of finished product transfusion. It provides a guarantee for clinical patients to use drugs in time.
