【摘要】：采用中心组合设计(CCD)响应面法(RSM)优化α淀粉酶抑制剂筛选条件.在单因素试验基础上,对影响α淀粉酶抑制剂活性的4个因素即淀粉溶液浓度、保温温度、DNS用量、沸水时间进行优化,根据回归方程最终确定α淀粉酶溶液质量浓度1mg/mL,淀粉溶液质量浓度17 mg/mL,保温温度46℃,保温时间15 min,DNS用量2mL,沸水时间6min.经试验验证结果稳定可靠,可用于α淀粉酶抑制剂筛选.
[Abstract]:On the basis of single factor test , four factors influencing the activity of 伪 amylase inhibitor , i.e . the concentration of starch solution , the temperature of heat preservation , the amount of DNS and the time of boiling water , were optimized . The concentration of 伪 amylase was determined to be 1mg / mL , the mass concentration of starch was 17 mg / mL , the temperature was 46 鈩，
