我院2013-2014年人血白蛋白临床使用规范性评价

【摘要】：目的了解我院人血白蛋白临床使用情况,评价其用药规范性。方法利用医院电子病历系统,回顾性抽查我院2013年1月至2014年12月使用人血白蛋白的1 009例住院患者,收集相关临床信息并统计。结果应用人血白蛋白的患者以中老年为主;用药原因以低蛋白血症、营养支持为主;用药前有28.15%的患者未检测血清白蛋白浓度;对比美国UHC指南、台湾人血白蛋白使用规定及中国人血白蛋白使用说明书,适应证符合率分别为15.36%、24.08%、63.83%。结论我院人血白蛋白使用广泛,但规范性较低,应加强管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical use of human serum albumin (HSA) in our hospital and evaluate its drug use standard. Methods A retrospective study of 1 009 inpatients with human serum albumin (HSA) from January 2013 to December 2014 was carried out with the hospital electronic medical record system. The clinical information was collected and counted. Results the main reasons for the use of human serum albumin were middle and old age, hypoproteinemia and nutritional support. 28.15% of the patients had not detected the serum albumin concentration before the treatment. The results were compared with the UHC guidelines in the United States. The indications of the regulations for the use of albumin in Taiwan and the instructions for the use of serum albumin in Chinese were 15.36% 24.08% and 63.83% respectively. Conclusion Human serum albumin is widely used in our hospital, but its standard is low, so management should be strengthened.
