新型纳米银对产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制作用

【摘要】:目的:探讨新型纳米银(n Ag-NPs)对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ultrabroad spectrum-lactamases,ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制作用。方法:以ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌为研究对象,采用涂布法检测杀菌作用,肉汤微量稀释法测量最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC),电镜法n Ag-NPs对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的作用机制。结果:n Ag-NPs(≥0.5 g·m L-1)对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌具有100%杀菌作用;0.05 g·m L-1的n Ag-NPs对ESBLs的肺炎克雷伯菌也具有明显的杀菌作用;5 g·m L-1的n Ag-NPs对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌作用5,15,30和60 min,均有明显的杀菌效果;n Ag-NPs对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC为3.12 g·m L-1。n AgNPs对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的形态学有明显影响。结论:n Ag-NPs对ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌具有明显的抑制作用,这些实验结果将为n Ag-NPs的深入研究和临床应用提供实验依据。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the inhibitory effect of a new type of nano-silver (Ag-NPs) on Klebsiella pneumoniae producing extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamases (ESBLs).
