鲜骆驼乳对小鼠吸烟所致呼吸系统损伤的影响

【摘要】:目的研究鲜骆驼乳对小鼠吸烟所致的呼吸系统损伤的影响。方法 84只KM种SPF小鼠随机分为鲜骆驼乳低、中、高剂量组(5、10、20 ml/kg·bw),鲜牛奶组(20 ml/kg·bw),对照组和模型组(蒸馏水,20 ml/kg·bw),灌胃2次/d;除对照组外,所有动物每天按设定剂量和时间熏烟处理。60 d后,动物禁食24 h收集小鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液,测定ALP、LDH、TNF-α含量,比较小鼠脏器指数,肺组织伊红-苏木素(HE)染色后进行病理组织学检查。结果 (1)与模型组比较,鲜骆驼乳各剂量组的ALP、LDH含量降低;鲜骆驼乳高剂量组TNF-a含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(2)鲜骆驼乳高、中剂量组的体重变化及脾脏指数变化与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(3)鲜骆驼乳中、高剂量组的肺病理损伤也有一定的改善。结论鲜骆驼乳对小鼠吸烟致呼吸系统损伤具有一定的保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of fresh camel milk on respiratory injury induced by smoking in mice. Methods Eighty-four km SPF mice were randomly divided into three groups: low milk of camel, high dose group, fresh milk group with 20 ml/kg BWN, control group and model group (distilled water 20 ml/kg BWN, twice / d), except the control group. After fumigation for 60 days, serum and alveolar lavage fluid of mice were collected after fasting for 24 hours, the contents of ALP LDHN TNF- 伪 were measured, and the viscera index of mice was compared. Lung tissues were stained with eosin-hematoxylin (HE) and histopathological examination was performed. Results 1) compared with the model group, the content of TNF-a in the fresh camel milk group was lower than that in the model group, and the TNF-a content in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group. Compared with the model group, the changes of body weight and spleen index in the middle dose group were significantly different from those in the model group. Conclusion fresh camel milk has protective effect on respiratory system injury induced by smoking in mice.
