头孢拉定二水合物的晶型及其特性

【摘要】:目的研究头孢拉定二水合物晶体的特性,为建立质量标准,确定贮存条件提供依据。方法采用粉末X-ray衍射、TGA和DVS分析等多种晶型分析技术,结合稳定性试验,考察头孢拉定二水合物的晶型及其特性。结果头孢拉定二水合物晶体具有二个不同的亚晶型;结晶水分子在不同亚晶型样品晶格中的结合强度相似;不同亚晶型样品的引湿特性基本相似;在不超过50℃时,国内研制的头孢拉定二水合物原料具有较高的晶格稳定性。结论头孢拉定二水合物具有稳定的晶体结构及较高的晶格稳定性,作为原料生产药物制剂可以提高该品种的药品质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of cefradine dihydrate crystal and to provide basis for establishing quality standard and determining storage conditions. Methods the crystal form and properties of cefradine dihydrate were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction and DVS analysis. Results Cefradine dihydrate crystal has two different subcrystalline forms, the binding strength of crystalline water molecules in the lattice of different subcrystalline samples is similar, the moisture transfer properties of different subcrystalline samples are basically similar, and the moisture transfer properties of different subcrystalline samples are similar when the temperature is less than 50 鈩,
