中药单体与抗真菌药物协同作用的研究进展

【摘要】：随着真菌感染发生率的逐年上升以及真菌耐药性问题的日益突出,其治疗一直是国内外研究关注的重点。近年来,研究发现多种中药单体具有抗真菌活性且与目前临床应用的抗真菌药物有协同作用。该文对生物碱类、酚类、黄酮类中药单体与抗真菌药物的协同作用及其机制进行综述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing incidence of fungal infection and the increasingly prominent problem of fungal drug resistance, its treatment has been the focus of domestic and foreign research. In recent years, a variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers have been found to have antifungal activity and synergistic effect with the current clinical use of antifungal drugs. The synergistic effect and mechanism of alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids and antifungal drugs were reviewed in this paper.
