我院2010-2014年头孢菌素类药物使用分析

【摘要】：目的:为头孢菌素类药物临床合理使用提供参考。方法:根据销售金额、限定日剂量(DDD)、日均费用(DDC)、用药频度(DDDs)等客观指标,对我院2010-2014年头孢菌素类抗菌药物使用情况进行动态分析。结果:我院2010-2014年,抗菌药物销售总金额占药品总金额的比例均保持在30%以下,且呈逐渐降低的趋势,由2010年的27.35%下降至2014年的14.70%。在各类抗菌药物中,头孢菌素类的销售金额占比及DDDs均最高,但销售金额占比呈逐年下降的趋势,由2010年的44.05%下降至2014年的30.49%,DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,由2010年的11.00×104上升至2014年的14.22×104;其中,第二代头孢菌素销售金额及DDDs连续5年均最高。各年度头孢替安销售金额均排名第1;2010-2011年头孢丙烯DDDs排名第1,2012-2014年则为头孢替安。2010-2011年头孢匹罗DDC最高,2012-2014年则为头孢孟多,说明该药价格高。各年度头孢丙烯、头孢呋辛的序号比均1,说明该药价格较便宜,使用率较高;大多数药物的序号比接近1。结论:我院头孢菌素类药物应用日益趋于合理,但仍需进一步加强抗菌药物合理使用的宣传和监管。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for rational use of cephalosporins in clinic. Methods: the use of cephalosporins in our hospital from 2010 to 2014 was dynamically analyzed according to the objective indexes such as sales amount, limited daily dose, daily average cost, DDDsand DDDs. methods: according to the sales amount, the daily average cost and the DDDs, the use of cephalosporins in our hospital from 2010 to 2014 was analyzed dynamically. Results: from 2010 to 2014, the total amount of antimicrobial drug sales in our hospital remained below 30%, and gradually decreased from 27.35% in 2010 to 14.70% in 2014. Among all kinds of antimicrobial agents, cephalosporins accounted for the highest amount of sales and DDDs, but the proportion of sales was decreasing year by year, from 44.05% in 2010 to 30.49% in 2014. From 11.00 脳 10 ~ 4 in 2010 to 14.22 脳 10 ~ 4 in 2014, the second generation cephalosporin sales and DDDs were the highest in five consecutive years. Each year cefatian sales are ranked No. 1, 2010-2011 cefpropene DDDs ranking No. 1, 2012-2014 is cefatian. 2010-2011 cefpiramine DDC highest 2012-2014 is cefmendo, indicating the high price of the drug. Each year cefpropene, cefuroxime, the serial number ratio of 1, indicating that the price of the drug is cheaper, the use rate is higher; most of the drug sequence number ratio is close to 1. 5%. Conclusion: the use of cephalosporins in our hospital is becoming more and more reasonable, but it is still necessary to strengthen the propaganda and supervision of rational use of antimicrobial agents.
