快速纠正垂体后叶素所致低钠血症引发脑桥外髓鞘溶解症1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,男,60岁,因"反复咯血3月余,近一月咳血量大,每日咳血3~4次,每次量约50 mL"于3月3日入院。入院检查:神智清楚,脑膜刺激征阴性,心律齐,体温38.3℃,脉搏118次/min,呼吸21次/min,血压120/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。离子检查未见异常。诊断为咳血原因待查,予酚磺乙胺止血,应用5 d后患者咳血症状无明显改善。3月9-13日遵医嘱改用垂体后叶注射液24 U+0.9%氯化钠注射液500 mL(10滴/min)静脉滴注止血,用药总量
