【摘要】：目的:建立同时测定四环素可的松眼膏中盐酸四环素和醋酸可的松含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomenex C18和Shimaduz GL C18,流动相为0.01 mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(用磷酸调节p H至2.5)-乙腈(60∶40,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:盐酸四环素、醋酸可的松检测质量浓度线性范围分别为11.36~227.18、11.11~222.21μg/ml(r均为0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.2%;回收率分别为96.89%~100.67%、100.04%~101.02%,RSD分别为1.1%、0.3%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便快速,分离度和专属性好,可准确测定四环素可的松眼膏中盐酸四环素和醋酸可的松的含量。
