基于药学类高校专利技术转移的我国医药创新模式分析

【摘要】：以中国知识产权网作为检索源,分析2所药学类高校1985—2016年的发明专利数据,研究专利技术转移特征信息。我国医药创新模式尚不完善。高校的科研立项,注重技术的可行性而非经济绩效;科研人员重视基础研究、轻视应用研究的观念以及技术创新交流的平台和机制的缺失等因素影响我国专利技术的转移。提出消除专利技术转移的制度障碍、科研立项的来源还应注重与市场的接轨、搭建专利技术合作平台、发挥政府和医药市场的互动作用等建议,完善我国医药技术创新的能力。
[Abstract]:Based on China intellectual property Network (CIPN), the invention patent data of two pharmaceutical universities from 1985 to 2016 were analyzed, and the characteristic information of patent technology transfer was studied. The innovation mode of medicine in our country is not perfect. Scientific research projects in colleges and universities pay attention to the feasibility of technology rather than economic performance, and scientific researchers attach importance to basic research, despise the concept of applied research and the lack of platform and mechanism for technological innovation and exchange, and other factors affect the transfer of patent technology in China. This paper puts forward some suggestions such as eliminating the system obstacle of patent technology transfer, the source of scientific research project should pay attention to the connection with the market, setting up the patent technical cooperation platform, giving play to the interaction between the government and the medicine market, and perfecting the ability of medical technology innovation in our country.
