基于德尔菲法专家调研的我国医疗机构辅助用药研究

【摘要】：目的:明确辅助用药的界定,了解目前我国医疗机构辅助用药的使用现状,初步确定需要重点监测的辅助用药品种及其监测指标,为辅助用药的管理提供指导方向。方法:采用德尔菲法设计调查问卷,对60名专家进行了三轮调查,并对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果:三轮问卷专家积极系数(回收率)分别为83.3%,100%,100%;辅助用药重点监测品种中9类药物的专家意见集中程度和协调程度均较高;监测指标中药品使用金额比例、使用率、适应证、合并辅助用药品种数的专家意见集中程度和协调程度较高。结论:基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查明确了辅助用药的界定,初步确定了需要重点监测的辅助用药品种及其指标,为辅助用药的管理奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Objective: to clarify the definition of adjuvant drug use, to understand the current situation of the use of adjuvant drugs in medical institutions in our country, and to preliminarily determine the varieties and monitoring indexes of auxiliary drugs that need to be monitored so as to provide guidance for the management of auxiliary drugs. Methods: the questionnaire was designed by Delphi method, 60 experts were investigated for three rounds, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: the positive coefficient (recovery rate) of experts in three rounds of questionnaires was 83.3% and 100%, respectively; the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions of 9 kinds of drugs in the key monitoring of auxiliary drugs were high; the proportion of amount of drug used, the rate of utilization, the indication of drug use in the monitoring index, The degree of expert opinion concentration and coordination of the number of auxiliary drugs was higher. Conclusion: the expert questionnaire survey based on Delphi method defines the adjuvant drugs, and preliminarily determines the varieties and indexes of auxiliary drugs that need to be monitored, which lays a foundation for the management of adjuvant drugs.
