2012年版《国家基本药物目录》中独家药物品种及剂型分析

【摘要】：目的:为我国制订独家药物品种相关政策提供参考。方法:通过国家食品药品监督管理总局网站查找2012年版《国家基本药物目录》中独家药品生产企业生产的药物品种及剂型,对独家药物品及剂型的分类及相关情况进行分析。结果:共查找到独家药物品种63种,独家药物剂型57种,独家药物品种及剂型占国家基本药物的比例均为10%左右,且中成药独家品种较多。独家药物品种多采用单独招标方式进行招标,价格相对稳定。结论:建议进行独家药物品种带量采购、统一定价,并逐步降低招标价格,以减轻患者就医负担。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the formulation of exclusive drug variety related policies in China. Methods: through the website of the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration to find out the kinds and formulations of drugs produced by the exclusive drug manufacturers in the 2012 edition of the National essential drugs catalogue, and to analyze the classification and related situation of the exclusive drugs and their formulations. Results: a total of 63 kinds of exclusive drugs and 57 kinds of exclusive drug forms were found out. The proportion of exclusive drug varieties and dosage forms was about 10%, and there were more proprietary Chinese medicine varieties. The exclusive drug variety mostly adopts the individual bidding method to carry on the bidding, the price is relatively stable. Conclusion: it is suggested to carry out the exclusive purchase of drug varieties, unify the price, and gradually reduce the bidding price in order to reduce the burden of patients seeking medical treatment.
