【摘要】:正1刺猬通路和SMO靶标在动物发育的过程中,刺猬蛋白(hedgehog,HH)信号通路是重要的调控因子,某些癌症的发生也与hedgehog通路异常有关。刺猬通路名称的起源,是果蝇的刺猬蛋白基因若发生突变,其胚胎呈多毛团状,酷似受惊的刺猬,故而得名。哺乳动物中存在3个hedgehog同源基因:Sonic hedgehog(Shh)、Indian hedgehog(Ihh)和Desert hedgehog(Dhh),分别编码SHH、IHH和DHH蛋白。
[Abstract]:The signal pathway of hedgehog HH is an important regulatory factor in the process of animal development. Some cancers are also associated with abnormal hedgehog pathway. The origin of the Hedgehog pathway name is that if the hedgehog protein gene of Drosophila melanogaster mutates, the embryo of the hedgehog is hirsute, resembling the frightened hedgehog, so it is named after the hedgehog. There are three homologous genes of hedgehog in mammals: Sonic hedgehog (Shh), Indian hedgehog (Ihh) and Desert hedgehog (Dhh), which encode SHHHH and DHH proteins, respectively.
