沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国医药卫生体制的不断改革,国家对医药资源的日益重视,临床药学服务被推上了一个愈加重要的位置。与此同时,国家如何保障临床药学服务在地方的顺利发展,医院如何提供高质量的临床药学服务等问题也随之而来。临床药学服务的对象是公众,那么,如何使公众接受和满意,提供高质量的临床药学服务已经成为了医院不容忽视的问题。目的:本文通过对沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务开展情况,临床药师工作情况及患者满意度情况的调研,掌握了沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务的开展现状,并对调研结果进行分析和研究,进而提出相应的针对性建议。希望有助于临床药学服务质量的提升,为推进临床药学服务发展提供参考,使更多患者受益。方法:采用文献研究法、实地调查等方法,以沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务为研究对象,对沈阳市20家三级甲等医院的药学部负责人、临床药师及患者进行访谈及问卷调查,并对收集到的调查结果进行数据分析。结果:在对沈阳市20家三级甲等医院、80名临床药师以及210位患者进行调研后,调查的结果集中在管理制度、药学监护、药学咨询、专业知识及培训、临床药学普及度等方面,均在一定程度上对沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务质量产生影响。结论:目前,沈阳市三级甲等医院临床药学服务质量还有很大的提升空间。因此,应从多角度考虑,多方面入手,加强临床药学服务质量。建议沈阳市三级甲等医院完善管理制度,加强药学监护,丰富药学咨询形式,重视药师培养,加大宣传教育,提升公众认知度,以此来提升临床药学服务质量。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of the medical and health system and the increasing attention paid by the state to the medical resources, the clinical pharmaceutical service has been put into an increasingly important position. At the same time, how to ensure the smooth development of clinical pharmaceutical services in the country, and how to provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical services. The object of clinical pharmaceutical care is the public, so how to make the public accept and satisfy and provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical care has become a problem that can not be ignored in hospitals. Objective: to investigate the development of clinical pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists' work and patient satisfaction in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital, and to understand the present situation of clinical pharmaceutical care in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital. The research results are analyzed and studied, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. We hope to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care, to promote the development of clinical pharmaceutical care, and to benefit more patients. Methods: using the method of literature research and field investigation, taking the clinical pharmacy care of Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital as the research object, the head of the pharmacy department of 20 Grade 3A hospitals in Shenyang City was made. The clinical pharmacists and patients were interviewed and investigated, and the collected data were analyzed. Results: after the investigation of 80 clinical pharmacists and 210 patients in 20 Grade 3A hospitals in Shenyang, the results were focused on the aspects of management system, pharmaceutical monitoring, pharmaceutical consultation, professional knowledge and training, clinical pharmacy popularization, etc. To some extent, it has an effect on the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital. Conclusion: at present, the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care in Grade 3A Hospital of Shenyang has great room for improvement. Therefore, the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care should be strengthened from various angles and aspects. It is suggested that the Grade 3A Hospital in Shenyang should improve the management system, strengthen pharmaceutical supervision, enrich the form of pharmaceutical consultation, attach importance to the cultivation of pharmacists, increase propaganda and education, and promote public awareness, so as to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical services.
