阿司匹林肠溶片导致便秘1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,女,58岁,高血压病史8年,口服卡托普利片12.5mg bid降压治疗;短暂性脑缺血发作病史5年,口服阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg qn抗血小板治疗。1个月前,患者诉经阳光照射后,颈部、胳膊处皮肤瘙痒。药师分析后,考虑为阿司匹林肠溶片引起的光敏反应,建议患者暂停服用阿司匹林,并注意防晒。停用1周后,患者诉皮肤瘙痒症状消失,并反映长期便秘症状较前明显好转。药师进一步了解后,发现该
