【摘要】：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定羟乙磺酸喷他脒的含量的方法。方法:C18色谱柱,甲醇—醋酸铵溶液(30g/L醋酸铵水溶液,用三乙胺调p H为7.5)(50:50),流速1.0m L/min,检测波长265nm。结果:羟乙磺酸喷他脒在9.98~99.66μg/m L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:测定方法简便,重现性好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a HPLC method for the determination of acetamidine hydroxyethyl sulfonate. Methods on a C18 column, methanol-ammonium acetate solution (30 g / L ammonium acetate solution, adjusted to pH 7.5 with triethylamine) (50:50) was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: the linear range of acetamidine hydroxyethyl sulfonate was 9.98 渭 g / mL and 99.66 渭 g / mL, respectively. Conclusion: the method is simple and reproducible.
