不同时间制备的去白细胞新鲜冰冻血浆质量分析

【摘要】:目的:研究白细胞滤除对不同时间制备的新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)凝血因子的影响。方法:随机选取无偿献血400ml全血标本60份,每份用无菌接驳机分为4份,其中2份去除白细胞为去白组,另2份不去除白细胞为未去白组,在8h内、8~18h制备FFP,即为8小时冰冻血浆(FP8)、去白8小时冰冻血浆(去白FP8)和FP18、去白FP18,4种血浆分别检测纤维蛋白原(Fib)、8因子(FⅧ)及5因子(FⅤ)含量,并比较合格率。结果:FP8与去白FP8相比,2组的Fib、FⅧ和FⅤ因子含量差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);FP18与去白FP18相比,FⅧ、FⅤ因子含量差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Fib含量差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。8h内制备的FFP与8~18h制备的FFP相比,不论是白细胞过滤前、后,前者的Fib、FⅧ和FⅤ因子含量均显著高于后者(P0.05)。FP8、去白FP8中FⅧ含量合格率分别为90.00%、86.67%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.32,P0.05);FP18、去白FP18中FⅧ合格率分别为76.67%、56.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.40,P0.05)。结论:8~18h制备的FFP也能达到现行质量标准,符合临床要求,而去白细胞FFP最好在8h内制备。
