肿瘤血管靶向肽GX1的研究进展

【摘要】：环形七肽GX1(CGNSNPKSC)作为一种新型抗肿瘤药物修饰肽,具有肿瘤血管特异靶向性,而其修饰的肿瘤血管靶向药物与传统抗肿瘤药物相比,克服了易产生耐药性的缺点、提高了整个药物的靶向性、增加了肿瘤细胞生长抑制率且毒副作用小。本文从GX1的受体鉴定、靶向性、GX1修饰的药物载体3个方面对GX1进行阐述,为肿瘤血管靶向治疗提供一种新思路。
[Abstract]:CGNSNPKSC, as a novel antitumor drug modified peptide, has the ability to target tumor vessels. Compared with the traditional antitumor drugs, the modified GX1 can overcome the disadvantages of drug resistance. It improved the targeting of the whole drug, increased the growth inhibition rate of tumor cells and had little side effects. In this paper, GX1 is described from three aspects: the identification of GX1 receptor and the drug carrier modified by GX1, which provides a new idea for vascular targeting therapy of tumor.
