替罗莫司的制备及其抗肿瘤活性研究进展

【摘要】:近年来,尽管抗肿瘤药物的研究取得了很大进展,恶性肿瘤仍是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病。寻找疗效高、毒副作用小的药物,一直是抗肿瘤药物研发的重点。本文着重从抗癌药物替罗莫司的理化性质、制备过程、抗肿瘤作用机制、临床疗效、毒副作用及其主要异构体等方面进行综述,为其进一步开发应用提供有益的线索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although great progress has been made in the research of antitumor drugs, malignant tumor is still a major disease that seriously endangers human health. Looking for drugs with high efficacy and little side effects has been the focus of anti-tumor drug research and development. In this paper, the physicochemical properties, preparation process, antitumor mechanism, clinical efficacy, toxic side effects and main isomers of the anticancer drug tirolimus are reviewed, which provide useful clues for its further development and application.
