我院中药临床药学工作的现状与提升药学服务的思考

【摘要】：目的:提升中药临床药师的临床药学服务水平。方法:介绍我院中药临床药学工作的现状,分析实施中药临床药学服务的难点及解决措施。结果与结论:当前中药临床药学工作还处于初步探索阶段。我院临床中药师开展的工作包括制订处方集、明确中药处方应付、出版《药学通讯》、监测药品不良反应、对患者进行用药指导、点评中药处方等,可为推动临床中药学工作的开展提供参考。但临床中药师的临床知识和治疗技能较为匮乏,主要职责和法律地位责权不清,加上中医药自身指导理论与标准先天不足,导致临床中药师在临床的工作举步维艰。为了提升药学服务,建议临床中药师首先必须加强临床治疗实践能力的培养和锻炼,其次要通过不懈努力获得政策上的支持,取得与医师同等的治疗权(处方权),使医、护、管理阶层共同重视中药临床药学工作,提升药学服务质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the level of clinical pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: to introduce the present situation of clinical pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital, and to analyze the difficulties and solutions in carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine. Results & conclusion: at present, the clinical pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the initial stage of exploration. The clinical work of pharmacists in our hospital includes making prescriptions, defining the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, publishing Pharmacological Newsletter, monitoring adverse drug reactions, guiding patients to use drugs and evaluating prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. It can provide reference for promoting the development of clinical Chinese medicine. But clinical pharmacists' clinical knowledge and treatment skills are relatively scarce, their main duties and legal status are not clear, and the theory and standards of TCM's own guidance are inherently inadequate, which leads to the difficulty of clinical pharmacists' clinical work. In order to improve pharmaceutical services, it is suggested that clinical pharmacists should, first of all, strengthen the cultivation and exercise of clinical treatment practice ability, and secondly, obtain policy support through unremitting efforts to obtain the same treatment rights (prescription rights) as physicians, so that doctors can be treated and nursed. Management pay attention to the clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of pharmaceutical service.
