扎那米韦粉雾剂空气动力学粒径分布与药物载体的结合

【摘要】:目的:使用安德森级联撞击器(ACI)和新一代撞击器(NGI)2种方法对扎那米韦粉雾剂的空气动力学粒径分布进行研究。并采用电子显微镜法对扎那米韦药物载体扫描。方法:分别采用ACI和NGI测定了扎那米韦吸入粉雾剂的粒度分布。用显微镜法测定了药物与药物载体的结合形式。结果:ACI和NGI能获得在不同大小范围内的细颗粒药物剂量和微粒的空气动力学粒度大小分布。显微镜法结果显示,除了检测到部分吸附在乳糖上的扎那米韦微粉,还有大量扎那米韦微粉并未全部与乳糖结合。结论:扎那米韦粉雾剂的空气动力学粒径分布结果与药物载体的结合形式有关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the aerodynamic particle size distribution of zanamivir powder aerosol by using Anderson cascade impactor (ACI) and new generation impactor (NGI). The zanamivir drug carrier was scanned by electron microscope. Methods: the particle size distribution of zanamivir inhaled powder was determined by ACI and NGI. The binding form of drug and drug carrier was determined by microscope. Results the drug dose of fine particles and the size distribution of aerodynamics of particles were obtained in different ranges of drug dose and NGI. The results of microscope showed that in addition to the partially adsorbed zanamivemicro powder on lactose, a large number of zanamiewei powder were not bound to lactose completely. Conclusion: the results of aerodynamics particle size distribution of zanamivir powder are related to the binding form of drug carrier.
