HPLC法测定痤疮酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量

【摘要】：目的:建立同时测定痤疮酊中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-pack CLCODS,流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50,V/V),流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为278 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μl。结果:氯霉素和水杨酸质量浓度分别在2.0~10.0μg/ml(r=0.999 2)、5.0~25.0μg/ml(r=0.999 1)范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD1%;氯霉素和水杨酸的平均加样回收率分别为99.77%、99.29%,RSD分别为0.35%、0.48%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,专属性好、精密度高,可用于痤疮酊的质量控制。
