我院2013-2014年门急诊抗精神障碍药处方分析

【摘要】：目的:为精神障碍患者合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2013年9月-2014年8月精神科47 386张处方进行统计、分析。结果:47 386张处方共涉及病例39 496例,患者中位年龄为31.42岁,男女比例为1∶1.07;主要诊断为精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍,占65.34%,其次为心境障碍,占15.20%;以单一用药和二联用药为主,分别占30.80%和61.68%;氯氮平、喹硫平、利培酮分列处方药品使用率前3位;奥氮平、喹硫平、利培酮分列药品销售金额前3位;在精神科处方药品使用率前20位中,治疗精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍药品有7种,治疗心境障碍药品有3种。结论:我院门急诊抗精神障碍药的使用基本合理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for rational drug use in patients with mental disorders. Methods: a retrospective survey was used to analyze 47386 prescriptions of the psychiatric department of our hospital in September 2013 -2014 August. Results: 47386 prescriptions involved 39496 cases, the median age was 31.42 years and the ratio of men and women was 1 to 1.07; the main diagnosis was schizophrenia and it was diagnosed as schizophrenia. Other mental disorders, accounting for 65.34%, followed by mood disorders, accounted for 15.20%, with a single and two combination of 30.80% and 61.68%; clozapine, quetiapine, and risperidone were used to prescribe the first 3; olanzapine, quetiapine, and risperidone sold the top 3; in the 20 before the use rate of psychotropic prescription drugs, There are 7 kinds of drugs for the treatment of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. There are 3 kinds of drugs for the treatment of mood disorders. Conclusion: the use of anti psychotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
