交联玻璃酸钠凝胶的制备及流变学研究

【摘要】:目的制备交联玻璃酸钠(CHA)凝胶并对其流变学性能进行考察。方法以1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDDE)为交联剂制备交联CHA,采用旋转流变仪测定玻璃酸钠(HA)和CHA的黏弹性及蠕变-恢复特性,考察不同浓度,不同交联度以及不同温度条件下,HA和CHA的流变学性能。结果本实验制备获得具有流动性的水不溶性CHA凝胶混悬液,并选择不锈钢平板(PU20)为夹具,振荡频率1 Hz、剪切应力1 Pa、温度(25±0.1)℃的条件测定其黏弹性。蠕变-恢复实验结果表明,对比HA,CHA形变量小,恢复至最小形变状态所用时间短,体系较稳定。结论 CHA属于假塑性非牛顿流体,符合其作为关节腔内黏弹性补充材料的性能要求,与非交联的HA相比,具有黏弹性高、热稳定性好的优点。

Viscoelasticity and creep-recovery properties of (HA) and CHA were determined by rotating rheometer. Rheological properties of HA and CHA at different crosslinking degree and temperature.
