我院门诊自动配药系统的应用实践及优化

【摘要】:目的:通过门诊自动配药系统的应用实践及优化,提高门诊药房的工作效率和服务水平。方法:对我院门诊自动配药系统应用过程中出现的系统识别问题、系统硬件问题和药房布局及管理问题等进行分析总结,并进行相应的优化;通过与优化前相关指标进行比较评价优化效果。结果与结论:通过实施包括在系统中合并相同患者的处方、改进软件与硬件的匹配、合理分配预配和实时调配窗口数、增加员工培训及考核等一系列优化措施后,药房运作效率及配发药的准确率整体提高。与优化前比较,差错率下降60%(1.7‰→0.7‰),患者候药时间缩短40%(15 min→8.5 min),药师劳动强度大幅降低,提升了药学服务质量和患者的满意度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the working efficiency and service level of outpatient pharmacy through the application and optimization of outpatient automatic dispensing system. Methods: the system identification problems, system hardware problems, pharmacy layout and management problems in the application of outpatient automatic dispensing system in our hospital were analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding optimization was carried out. The optimization effect was evaluated by comparing with the relative indexes before optimization. Results & conclusion: after implementing a series of optimization measures, including merging the same patient's prescriptions in the system, improving the matching of software and hardware, reasonably allocating the number of pre-matching and realtime allocation windows, increasing staff training and examination, etc. The efficiency of pharmacy operation and the accuracy of dispensing drugs have been improved as a whole.
