雾化利福平脂质球对肺药动学和生物分布的影响

【摘要】:正首先采用喷雾干燥法制备了利福平与磷脂比例为1∶1的脂质球,并测定其流动性、表面积和体外空气动力学特性。结果所得制品能自由流动。体外喷雾性能试验结果显示,喷雾剂量(ED)、微细离子分数(FPF)、质量中值空气动力学粒径(MMAD)和几何标准偏差(GSD)分别为大于(80±5)%、(77.61±3)%、(2.73±0.13)mm和3.28±0.12。体外沉积试验结果表明,制品在撞击器的3、4和5级(分别模拟人肺部气管的主
[Abstract]:The lipid spheres with a ratio of rifampicin to phospholipids of 1:1 were prepared by spray drying method. The fluidity, surface area and in vitro aerodynamics of the spheres were determined. Results the products can flow freely. The results of in vitro spray test showed that the mean aerodynamics particle size (MMAD) and geometric standard deviation (GSD) of the (ED), micro-ion fraction (FPF), were greater than (80 卤5), (77.61 卤3), (2.73 卤0.13) mm and 3.28 卤0.12, respectively. The results of in vitro deposition test showed that the product was in grade 3, 4 and 5 of the impactor (simulating the human pulmonary trachea, respectively).
