选择性雌激素受体调节剂抗氧化作用的研究进展

【摘要】:选择性雌激素受体调节剂(selective estrogen receptor modulators,SERMs)是一类能与雌激素受体结合的类似雌激素的非甾体化合物,依据靶组织和激素的内环境不同而具有雌激素受体刺激或拮抗作用。SERMs主要通过清除氧自由基和抑制脂质过氧化,调节NO和一氧化氮合酶水平,抑制线粒体膜通透性转换,改善线粒体内游离脂肪酸的代谢,调控非基因转录活性通路等机制发挥抗氧化作用。
[Abstract]:Selective estrogen receptor modulator (selective estrogen receptor modulators,SERMs) is a class of estrogen-like nonsteroidal compounds that bind to estrogen receptors. According to the different internal environment of target tissues and hormones, the estrogen receptor stimulates or antagonizes. SERMs regulate the levels of NO and nitric oxide synthase by scavenging oxygen free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and inhibits mitochondrial membrane permeability. To improve the metabolism of free fatty acids in mitochondria and regulate the non-gene transcriptional pathway to play an antioxidant role.
