反相高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中维拉佐酮的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中维拉佐酮的含量。方法:色谱柱为美国Diamonsil~汶(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)C_(18)反相柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-缓冲液(30∶30∶40,V/V/V),流速为1.0mL·min~(-1),柱温30℃;检测波长240 nm。结果:维拉佐酮血浆浓度在0.16~32.00mg·L~(-1)范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.998 6,n=8),平均日间精密度为4.10%,平均相对回收率为97.85%。结论:本方法准确、快速、简便,适于人血浆中维拉佐酮的血药浓度检测和药动学研究。
