差示扫描量热法鉴别低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶及其回收料

【摘要】:目的:考察低密度聚乙烯药用滴眼剂瓶塑料掺杂情况,并分析其回收料与新料的差异。方法:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析8家厂家的滴眼剂瓶与原粒料的熔点值,并比较新料与一次料、三次料、六次料的熔融曲线、氧化诱导温度以及氧化诱导时间。结果:差示扫描量热法可以对低密度聚乙烯材质进行鉴别,并区分新料与回收料。结论:差示扫描量热法在考察原料和产品材质一致性上可以提供一定的依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the plastic doping of low density polyethylene (LDPE) medical eye drops and analyze the difference between the recovered and new materials. Methods: the melting point values of eye drops bottles and raw pellets from 8 factories were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The melting curves of new and primary, tertiary and six-order materials, the temperature of oxidation induction and the time of oxidation induction were compared. Results: differential scanning calorimetry can be used to identify low density polyethylene (LDPE) materials and distinguish new materials from recycled materials. Conclusion: differential scanning calorimetry can be used to investigate the consistency of raw materials and products.
