我院智能发药系统在门诊药房的应用

【摘要】:目的:为国内自动化药房的建设和发展提供参考。方法:介绍ZH002智能发药系统及在此基础上建立的自动化药房在我院的使用及运行情况。结果:我院将智能化发药系统与医院"军卫一号"管理系统实现无缝对接,再与门诊就诊"一卡通"有机契合,同时结合我院药房位置和面积的特点以及医师用药习惯、患者就诊特点等,从药房的布局到药柜的分配、人员的安排、后台数据库的更新等,尽可能实现了人员与设备的最优化配置。智能发药系统的品种覆盖率可达90.7%,录入的药品信息可即时查询,使药品盘点及效期管理更为方便快捷。优化后建立的自动化发药流程不但提高了处方调配速度,而且能够有效降低工作强度,减少差错率;预摆药模式下,患者取药几乎无需等待,提高了患者满意度。结论:我院在智能化发药系统基础上建立的自动化药房,实现了设备自动化高、管理信息化快、服务人性化强的目标,可为其他医院自动化药房的建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the construction and development of domestic automatic pharmacy. Methods: the ZH002 intelligent dispensing system and the application and operation of the automatic pharmacy in our hospital were introduced. Results: the intelligent drug dispensing system was connected seamlessly with the "military Health No. 1" management system in our hospital, and then the "one card" of outpatient service was integrated organically. At the same time, the location and area of the pharmacy in our hospital and the habit of using medicine were combined. From the layout of pharmacy to the distribution of medicine cabinet, the arrangement of personnel, and the update of backstage database, the optimal allocation of personnel and equipment is realized as far as possible. The range coverage rate of intelligent drug distribution system can reach 90.7, and the information of medicine input can be queried immediately, which makes the inventory and effective period management more convenient and fast. The optimized automatic dispensing process not only improves the speed of prescription dispensing, but also can effectively reduce the work intensity and error rate. Conclusion: the automatic pharmacy established in our hospital on the basis of intelligent dispensing system can realize the goal of high automation of equipment, fast information of management and strong humanization of service, which can provide reference for the construction of other automatic pharmacies in hospitals.
