小儿用药特点、用药问题及用药注意事项分析

【摘要】：小儿疾病治疗的重要且主要手段为药物治疗,但因小儿自身特殊生理特点,其对于药物的反应与成年人不同,因而在药物研发及使用过程中,应十分重视药物安全问题,特别是小儿群体。小儿由于年龄关系,其生理、解剖及生化等功能,特别是肾脏、神经及内分泌等功能和成年人差异比较大,在予以小儿药物治疗时应结合药效学、药动力学以及小儿自身生理特征,制定一个合理的用药方案,达到有效治疗效果。本文现从小儿用药特点出发,论述小儿在用药过程中产生的一系列问题并分析用药过程需注意事项。
[Abstract]:Drug therapy is an important and main method in the treatment of pediatric diseases. However, due to the special physiological characteristics of children, their response to drugs is different from that of adults. Therefore, in the process of drug development and use, great attention should be paid to the safety of drugs. Especially children. Due to age, the physiological, anatomical, biochemical and other functions of children, especially the kidney, nerve and endocrine functions, are quite different from those of adults, so pharmacodynamics should be combined in the treatment of children with drugs. Pharmacokinetics and physiological characteristics of children, a rational drug use plan to achieve effective treatment. Based on the characteristics of infantile drug use, this paper discusses a series of problems in the course of infantile drug use and analyzes the matters needing attention in the course of drug use.
