离子色谱法测定羟乙基淀粉中乙二醇残留

【摘要】:目的:采用离子色谱法测定羟乙基淀粉中乙二醇残留。方法:色谱柱为Ultra AQ C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为纯化水,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,柱后衍生溶液为1.5 mol·L-1氢氧化钠,流速为0.2m L·min-1,电化学检测器(安培检测器,金电极,Ag/Ag Cl参比电极,糖标准四电位波形)。结果:建立了用离子色谱峰高定量法测羟乙基淀粉中乙二醇残留的方法。在0.4~4.0μg·m L-1浓度范围内峰高线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 1,RSD为2.4%,最低检测限为15 ng·m L-1。结论:所建方法简便、准确、可操控性强。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine ethylene glycol residues in hydroxyethyl starch by ion chromatography. Methods: the chromatographic column consisted of Ultra AQ C18 (the mobile phase of 250 mm 脳 4.6 mm,5 渭 m), was purified water, the flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1, the derivative solution was 1.5 mol L-1 sodium hydroxide, and the flow rate was 0.2m L min-1, electrochemical detector (amperometric detector, gold electrode, Ag/Ag Cl reference electrode, standard potential waveform of sugar). Results: a method for the determination of ethylene glycol residues in hydroxyethyl starch by ion chromatography was established. The linear relationship of peak height was good in the concentration range of 0.4 渭 g mL ~ (-1), the correlation coefficient was 0.999 ~ (-1) (RSD = 2.4), and the lowest detection limit was 15 ng mL ~ (-1). Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate and operable.
