托美丁钠胶囊含量测定方法的改进

【摘要】：目的:采用HPLC法测定托美丁钠胶囊的含量。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.7)-乙腈(55∶45),检测波长254 nm,流量1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱温40℃,进样量20μL。结果:托美丁钠进样浓度在2.0~100μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.95%(n=9)。结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于托美丁钠胶囊的含量控制方法。
