马尼地平磷脂复合物的制备及其溶出度

【摘要】：采用单因素与正交设计试验,筛选得到马尼地平磷脂复合物的优化制备工艺为:马尼地平与卵磷脂的投料比为1∶1,将马尼地平浓度为20 mg/ml的甲醇溶液与卵磷脂浓度为100 mg/ml的三氯甲烷溶液按5∶1的比例混合,于40℃反应4 h。采用HPLC法测定药物含量。与原药及其与磷脂物理混合物相比,磷脂复合物溶出度明显提高。
