无氟利奈唑胺的分离与合成

【摘要】:通过对利奈唑胺样品的有关物质分析,并通过制备色谱法分离得到一化合物,测定了其MS、NMR,确认其结构为无氟利奈唑胺。用设计的合成路线得到纯度为95.52%的无氟利奈唑胺。合成得到的无氟利奈唑胺可作为利奈唑胺原料药质量控制的杂质对照品。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the related substances of the sample of linazolamide, a compound was isolated by preparative chromatography, and its structure was confirmed by MS,NMR,. The purity of the product was 95.52%, and the purity was 95.52%. The synthesized non-fluronazolidomide can be used as an impurity reference substance for the quality control of linazolamide.
