冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质处方优选

【摘要】:目的:优选冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质处方,进一步改善产品性能,提高产品疗效。方法:采用单因素实验和L9(34)正交试验方法,对巴布膏基质性能影响较大的骨架材料Viscomate NP-700、交联剂甘羟铝、保湿剂甘油、增黏剂聚丙烯酸进行考察,以冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏的黏合特性和综合感官评价为考察指标,通过综合分析,优选冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质。结果:最佳巴布膏基质处方为Viscomate NP-700 12 g,甘羟铝0.15 g,甘油70 g,聚丙烯酸6 g。结论:优选的冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质载药性能和黏附性能好,贴敷舒适。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the base formulation of Eucalyptus camphora fluorifolia ointment and to improve its performance and curative effect. Methods: single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal test were used to investigate the Viscomate NP-700, crosslinking agent, glycerol, and polyacrylic acid, which had great influence on the properties of the matrix. The adhesive properties and comprehensive sensory evaluation of Eucalyptus camphora Eucalyptus lucifera paste were used as the index of study. Through comprehensive analysis, the matrix of Eucalyptus camphora fluoride-relaxed cloth paste was selected. Results: the optimum base formulation of Babu ointment was 12 g Viscomate NP-700, 0 15 g aluminol glycolate, 70 g glycerol and 6 g polyacrylic acid. Conclusion: the selected Eucalyptus camphora Eucalyptus fluorifolia ointment has good drug loading and adhesion properties and comfortable application.
