新型羟丙基淀粉空心胶囊的制备

【摘要】：目的:研究羟丙基淀粉空心胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以羟丙基淀粉为原料,通过溶胶、制坯、切割、套合等工序即制得羟丙基淀粉空心胶囊。结果:最佳工艺条件确定为:羟丙基淀粉和水的用量比为1∶2.5,溶胶温度和时间分别为60~80℃和1.5 h,胶槽温度和蘸胶速度分别为50~70℃和3~5次·min-1。结论:该工艺制得的胶囊质量可控,符合标准规定,适合工业化生产。
