Provantis系统Dispense模块在药物非临床安全性评价供试品管理的应用前景

【摘要】:随着我国GLP行业的发展及其与国际接轨的需要,实验室管理及实验数据采集的信息化、网络化的要求日益迫切,供试品管理是GLP评价的源头和关键环节。Dispense模块是Provantis系统用于供试品管理的模块,该模块包含供试品管理的接收、记账、留样、配制和归档等多个流程,能极大地提高供试品管理的科学性、准确性和有效性。本文就Dispense模块的特点、主要流程中的优势以及不足之处进行综述,并展望了Dispense模块在药物非临床评价供试品管理的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of GLP industry in our country and the need of connecting with the world, the information of laboratory management and experimental data collection is becoming more and more urgent. The test product management is the source and key link of the GLP evaluation. The Dispense module is the module of the Provantis system used for the management of the test products. The module includes the process of receiving, keeping accounts, keeping samples, preparing and archiving the test products, etc. Can greatly improve the scientific nature, accuracy and effectiveness of the test management. In this paper, the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of Dispense module are summarized, and the application prospect of Dispense module in drug non-clinical evaluation is prospected.
