华法林致喉水肿1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,76岁,2015年9月7日因"意识障碍4 d"入院。患者四日前午睡时家人发现其意识障碍,呼之不应,右侧肢体无活动,发病4 h后就诊于我院神经内科急诊。患者帕金森病十余年,平时口服美多芭片125 mg,3次/d,普拉克索片0.25 mg,3次/d;阵发性房颤十余年,服用普罗帕酮片150 mg,3次/d;高血压病史十余年,服用替米沙坦片40 mg,
[Abstract]:The male, 76 years old, was admitted to hospital on September 7, 2015 because of "4 d of disturbance of consciousness". During the nap four days ago, the patient's family found his disturbance of consciousness, no response to exhalation, no movement of the right limb, and was admitted to the emergency department of neurology in our hospital 4 hours after the onset of the disease.
