芒果苷大鼠30天喂养试验研究

【摘要】:目的了解植物化学物芒果苷亚急性毒性作用,确保芒果苷食用安全性。方法成熟健康的清洁级Wistar大鼠80只随机分为低、中、高剂量芒果苷组(2.75、5.50、11.00 g/kg)和对照组,每组雌雄各10只,连续喂养30 d,观察大鼠一般状态、称量体重并计算食物利用率;采用全自动生化分析仪检测血液学及血液生化学各项指标;观察主要脏器外观及病理学改变。结果对照组及芒果苷各剂量组大鼠生长发育状态良好、饮食饮水正常,活动自如,无死亡;雄性对照组、低、中、高剂量芒果苷组大鼠体重分别为(280.6±18.82)、(279.3±15.55)、(279.8±11.73)、(276.7±19.94)g,体重增长分别为(189.5±17.90)、(188.7±16.69)、(189.2±11.73)、(185.9±17.55)g,食物利用率分别为(28.1±3.07)、(28.6±2.37)、(27.9±0.60)、(27.3±1.92)%;雌性对照组、低、中、高剂量芒果苷组大鼠体重分别为(202.4±12.26)、(204.6±17.20)、(202.1±15.12)、(201.3±12.30)g,体重增长分别为(120.5±14.50)、(121.9±17.50)、(120.2±18.24)、(121.5±15.70)g,食物利用率分别为(22.4±2.60)、(20.5±8.76)、(20.9±2.14)、(21.8±1.64)%;与对照组比较,各剂量芒果苷组大鼠体重、体重增重及食物利用率无明显变化;与对照组比较,各剂量芒果苷组大鼠血常规、血液生化学等指标及各主要脏器系数无明显变化;高剂量芒果苷组大鼠肝、脾、肾、睾丸、卵巢组织结构未见病理性改变。结论以11.00 g/kg剂量芒果苷喂饲大鼠30 d,对大鼠生长发育及主要脏器无毒性作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the subacute toxicity of plant chemicals mangiferin and to ensure the edible safety of mangiferin. Methods 80 mature and healthy clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into low, medium and high dose mangiferin group (2.75g 5.50 卤11.00 g/kg) and control group. 10 rats in each group were fed continuously for 30 days, and the general state of the rats was observed. Compared with the control group, there were no significant changes in body weight, body weight gain and food utilization rate in each dose of mangiferin group, but there were no significant changes in blood routine examination, blood biochemistry and main organ coefficients in each dose of mangiferin group compared with the control group. There were no pathological changes in liver, spleen, kidney, testis and ovary in high dose mangiferin group. Conclusion the rats fed with mangiferin at 11.00 g/kg for 30 days had no toxic effects on the growth and development of rats and the main organs.
