长链非编码RNA尿路上皮癌胚抗原1调节肿瘤耐药机制的研究进展

【摘要】:尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)是在膀胱癌中发现的一种长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),在膀胱癌、乳腺癌、黑色素瘤等多种肿瘤中存在差异表达。UCA1可对多种信号通路进行调控,并且作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)参与转录后调控。近期研究发现UCA1的异常表达与肿瘤化疗耐药密切相关,有望成为肿瘤化疗耐药的潜在靶标,为逆转肿瘤耐药提供新思路。本文就UCA1参与肿瘤化疗耐药调节的具体分子机制作一综述。
[Abstract]:Urothelial carcinoembryonic antigen 1 (UCA1) is a long chain noncoding RNA (lncRNA), found in bladder cancer. UCA1 can regulate many signal pathways in bladder cancer, breast cancer, melanoma and other tumors. And as a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) involved in post-transcriptional regulation. Recent studies have found that the abnormal expression of UCA1 is closely related to the chemotherapeutic resistance of tumor, which is expected to be a potential target of chemotherapeutic resistance, and provides a new way to reverse the drug resistance of tumor. This article reviews the molecular mechanism of UCA1 involved in the regulation of chemotherapeutic resistance.
