抗菌药物专项整治期间我院住院患儿抗菌药物应用分析

【摘要】：目的:为促进抗菌药物合理使用和规范化管理提供参考。方法:从医院信息系统提取我院开展抗菌药物专项整治活动的2011-2014年住院患儿使用抗菌药物相关信息,对抗菌药物使用相关数据进行统计分析,考察我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率等指标的变化。结果:2011-2014年我院住院患儿抗菌药物使用金额在药品总额的占比呈下降趋势;抗菌药物使用率和Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率显著降低,分别由2011年的77.30%和47.57%下降至2014年的57.24%和5.89%;头孢吡肟使用金额连续3年位居前3位,头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦DDDs连续4年位居前2位。结论:抗菌药物专项整治活动的开展在我院取得了明显成效,住院患儿抗菌药物各项用药指标得到明显改善,抗菌药物临床应用日趋合理,为抗菌药物临床应用与管理的持续改进奠定了良好基础。
